Check Remaining Quota

Via SMS in the format: UL INFO and send SMS to 3636 (free of charge)

Through the Web Self Care T-Care.

Check Status of Usage

Send SMS to 3636, with the format: FUN <space> INFO

Example: FUN INFO

Or through UMB * 363 #, select Flash Unlimited menu, then select the check status

Upgrade Package

To be able to buy back or upgrade / downgrade package FUN Night when it is still in active customers MUST STOP package first do those ways to send SMS to 3636 with the format: FUN <space> OFF

Example: FUN OFF

Or through UMB * 363 # select Flash Unlimited menu, then select the Stop
